2020 Sponsorship updates #30

  1. Includes sponsorship logos and links in main page.
  2. New sponsorship link in the top menu.
  3. Sponsorships page with downloadable sponsor information pack.

@mrmikemon I think there's a some improvements we could make to the spacing of the sponsors on the main page but this is a good start, thank you for taking the time.
