Add baseUrl to config. This way all the links will work correctly with the site deployed at https://melbournecocoa.github.io/website. This does hard-code the place we're deploying, to, though, so every time we changed where we wanted the site, it is necessary to change this value… I'm not super keen on this, but it will work for now?
