obsidian version : v1.4.16 for windows

This issue has not been tested on other system platforms such as Mac. If this issue also exists, please fix it as well.

Normal display pictures. Do not Encrypt note : 1701919212129

Encrypted notes : 1701919327429

Please make a backup of your vault and test v2.4.0-beta if you can.
