Slatwall v3 integration #14

Slatwall needs one mura CMS page as template to render all kind of different products, so there is no possibility to include product pages into the Google Sitemap.

That's why I've added the feature to include products which are managed inside of Slatwall into the Google Sitemap by just enabling the newly added isSlatwallIntegrationActive plugin setting.

Would you mind merging this change into the official release of Meld-Google-Sitemaps?

There is now a slatwall branch; you can do a pull request on that branch, but I don't plan on merging this with master as the vast majority of people using the plugin do not use Slatwall. There are also a few issues that need to be cleaned up so I'd rather do it in a side branch (like the .gitignore file)
