Potential Gambatte SRAM mapping issue #40

https://retroachievements.org/achievement/64831 reported as not working by televandalist with Retroarch and Gambatte. This is the first time I heard of addresses in SRAM having issues, but considering how it is mapped, it is definitely suspicious.

I'm pretty sure this is fixed, SRAM used to be excluded under certain conditions if I remember correctly. Needs to be tested however.
