updated backbone.js to version 0.9.1 and underscore.js to version 1.3.1 #12

Updated backbone.js to version 0.9.1 as well as underscore.js to version 1.3.1. Also changed the version number of backbone-on-rails to 0.9.1.0 to reflect the version change of backbone.js

@meleyal Any chance to get this in soon? I plan to record this in a RailsCasts today or tomorrow and would be nice to be the latest version. Keep up the great work.
