repo specific landing pages #15

As a user who notices a sparrow ci badge on the repo I wish to be able to click it and see information about that repo's recent run(s) so that i can see the results of the build.

As a user who has a repo IN sparrow I wish to be able to have a constant URL I can go to to so that i can easily access and view the results of the recent run(s)

This will require modification of current badge URL that does not include now a repository name, but it is doable

sorry let me retract my last statement, badge URL that does include a repository name, so this should be even more easier ))

upss, this is only image url has a repo name not link itself. So we will have to change this …

I think that's fine. My assumption is that current badges would retain current behavior and future badges that specify the additional info would get the "new hotness". That seems like a non-issue to me. "hey you want what you got? keep doing what you're doing. You want the new hot? make this tweak."
