Maintain original folder name #17

Love your script exactly what I'm looking for.
However is it possible to maintain the original folder name and also rename the 
file to the original folder name with the proper extension (mkv / avi etc)

Reason is that I prefer to have the original folder/filename, this makes 
searching for subtitles a lot easier. Also if a download is not good i know 
which release I shouldn't download if i need to download it again.
