Updated simplified Chinese(zh_cn) translation for toolbox. I take issue with the "read as binary" text because it actually shows as hexadecimal (I changed it in the translation I submitted, but you can still ask me to change it back to the "binary"). Please don't put my name on the project if you can help it.
