Hi,

I've made some changes to support Django 1.9:

removed SortedDict (SortedDict is removed from Django 1.9) and added some tests (from_querydict method didn't actually need SortedDict)
added compat.py module for get_model (different import path in 1.8+)
prepared code for the future Django 1.10 support (NoArgsCommand - will be removed in Django 1.10) and deprecated patterns function)
