Wanikani integration #180

This could be shortcut to open wanikani in a link or maybe fetching information from wanikani about the item and displaying it in rikaikun somehow.

Have POC for adding wanikani levels to Kanji in the wanikani branch which needs to be cleaned up but mostly works.

Might add keyword as well similar to what we had for Heisig.
