I would really like to see other language dictionaries incorporated into the 
Chrome version, specially french.

I second this - it would be *extremely* useful for me to be able to set a 
particular language, and then when I am reading a website in French or German, 
be able to have a translation popup when I mouse over a particular word.

I'd even be willing to help work on the code, provide documentation, etc.

Adding support for other languages in the same format is good.

For supporting other formats I'm not sure how easy it will be.
