Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

I think this library update anymore. use another library react-native-reanimated-carousel

[zzorba]

react-native-reanimated-carousel seemed to have much better performance on Android, but on iOS it is noticeably less performant at rendering than snap-carousel.

YMMV, but just a heads up for anyone trying alternates.
