SBCL-related future breakage #17

https://github.com/sbcl/sbcl/commit/ab976f48db4ba8d72fb7bc13388bc4fc6e97c0fd will remove the internal symbols NAMED-READTABLES depends on in https://github.com/melisgl/named-readtables/blob/master/src/cruft.lisp#L166 and cause the system to not compile.
