Tried again with the update with no success. I also tried on Android with no success. The camera recognizes the cable but does not respond to input.

I have updated every time an update has been offered, but my THR remote still does not work. I have ensured that the volume is the highest it can be, and have set manual focus on both the lens and the camera, but nothing works.

I have a Motorola RAZR, using version 1.0.8

I am unable to get my camera to respond to trigger happy. My equipment is a nikon d3100 and a samsung galaxy captivate.

I have maxed out the volume and tried volume intervals down to mute with no effect. My camera is set to Manual and Bulb mode.

It might sound a bit silly, but my happiness at being involved (even in a small way) is only affected a little by the fact that my combination of phone, software, cable and camera currently seem completely ineffective. My phone is an LTE Blade (Orange San Francisco in the UK). Have the camera in bulb mode, volume up on the phone, but absolutely nothing works in the app. There's no indication that the phone is even connected to the camera. Is there anyway to get any sort of debug information I can send to help diagnose problems?

I've received my connector cable (N3) today I plugged it in to my Nikon D90. After I plugged it into the GPS port and connected it to my mobile (HTC Wildfire S), I fired up the app, pressed the big red button... but nothing happened.

Hello, I have sent feedback about the app not working for Android and my d7000.

I have just recently updated my Android os to 4.0.3 and still cannot connect to the camera.

I am curious if it is because it plugs into the GPS port on the camera?

I have yet to get it to work.

I am on a Samsung galaxy s2 and my camera has the latest firmware (if this is needed).

I just received my C3 cord in the mail yesterday. I tried using it this morning on both my MarkII D1s and my 5D. I couldn't get either to fire. Neither camera would recognize it. I also tried raising the media volume.

I just received a C3 for work with my HTC Droid Incredible and a 5D Mark II unfortunately I can not get it to function. I have tried different volume settings on the Phone and different settings on the camera (AF/MF, Manual vs. Bulb) Are there any other settings I should be aware of that may be stopping it from working? I have tried all the different settings in the program (Fire, Bulb Ramping, etc.) Thanks for your help.
