I am using it with Canon 20D and both iPhone 4S and iPad 3.
Following the directions under Support (connect cable to iOS device, then to camera, set camera to Manual mode, with manual focus, etc) I can get the remote to take a picture using Trigger some of the time.
After a while the camera stops responding, and I need to shut off the camera and start again.
I received my C3 trigger happy remote on 8/23.
