I had a problem with using the Trigger Happy with my Olympus PEN E-P3 (using the L3 plug) -- it just did not work at all. After close examination I noticed that there probably was a problem with the connection. The socket on the E-P3 has a small protrusion next to the socket. When you try to insert the TriggerHappy plug into the socket, this protrusion blocks the sleeve of the plus. Result: you can insert the plug, but it cannot go far enough to make a correct electrical contact. It other words - it does not work.
The solution: just use a hobby knife to shorten the sleeve of the plug. Cutting off about 1 mm all around does the trick (probably you do not need to cut all around, just cutting out a tiny rectangle to make room for the camera's protrusion may be enough.
Result: I can confirm that the TriggerHappy with the L3 plug works on the Olympus PEN E-P3 after this modification of the plug. Maybe other Olympus cameras need the same plug modification...
