hi - here are my symptoms... iphone 4 - fully charged connected to Canon 60D, significantly charged (3/4). followed troubleshooting steps in the support note (camera in manual, sound check, no auto-focus, volume limit, sample firing via "trigger" function), then set up a 2-hr duration, 5 second interval 1/30 exposure sequence. hit start and it shot the first and second shots then then 4th, and 6th, then not again for a few intervals and i stopped it. moved interval to 15 seconds, similar problem, didn't fire the few times, then fired once, then not again, then one more test with 10-second interval, didn't fire till the 11th time (1 minute 50 seconds into the test, then not again through the 3-minute mark in the test), then switch back to trigger mode and the test firings work fine...

After initially being unable to get the shutter release to work at all, I followed all the instructions on your troubleshooting page and am now able to get the shutter release to work sporadically (maybe once out of every 3-5 times. I then tried the time lapse capability and it never fired. Now I've gone back to the trigger screen and cannot get it to work at all.

Manual mode Manual focus sound check off volume limit is max (and I've tried moving the volume down while trying to trigger)

I am using the Nikon D90 digital camera with the firmware (as best as I can tell) A1.0, B1.00 L1.002. You sent me the N3 connector TH remote. I have the iPhone 4S with the newest updated software (today) iSO 5.1.1/9B206I I'm using the app Trigger Happy Remote, from Apple store version 1.0.2 which was updated Aug 8 2012. I re-installed the same app this morning to see if it worked any better. I'm still getting the same failure....the trigger 'sometimes' fires on the first shot but not after that. I close the app and try again and it 'might' fire 2-3 times. If I go over to the 'time lapse' and go to HDR and then exposure level the app quits but I go back, after reopening the app, to the red fire screen and it will fire 6-7-8 times. I'm not sure if changing the settings in the different modes resets the "fire' trigger. I might suggest a set of instruction on the different setting for those of us who are not professionals. It seems to work well in the 'time lapse' mode per the settings but still not working all together.
