Update docs for 0.3.0 release #69

I think this is the last PR before I cut a release - for transparency, we are looking to use this extension for the Matplotlib gallery of examples (see https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/pull/27083)

We will then use sphinx-tags in a sprint on October 31st, where folks at the PyData NYC event will be tagging examples there.

Yeah good point. Let me refactor that
