Case sentitivity in tags #99

I thought the tags were case sensitive. Did you think about it ?

I would be glad to havev this feature.

Hi @clrh - can you explain how this would be useful? From my point of view this could create confusion and accidentally duplicated tags, but I'm open to be convinced otherwise 😄
