Upgrade to latest ANTLR4 version #5

4.3 version is the latest available in maven central.

Sorry for not getting back to this sooner, looks like the latest version is now 4.5.

Is there any movement on this. Could really use the bump to antlr4:4.5

Any chance of an update to Antlr4 4.5.2-1 ?

I was about to send a PR for doing exactly this... in the meantime last version seems to be 4.5.3 (see http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.antlr/antlr4). Any chance of getting an update? Should we fork the plugin?
