Hey Dan!

I'm doing a bit of single electrode recording and I'd like to use mspikes, but the documentation isn't quite working for me. I'm trying mspikes -T spike_extract experiment1_100.raw.arf but that seems to be wrong and I can't figure out exactly how I'm supposed to be formatting these expressions.

Thanks for your time, Kyler

Hi Kyler,

We're not actively using mspikes at the moment, and I'm afraid I didn't really do much testing with data from jill. I'd love to help, but we're just not in a great position for it right now.

No problem. I'm thinking of instead adapting the high-channel count techniques (phy) to single electrodes. Probably overkill but if your lab ever heads down this path I'd be happy to talk about it.

Good luck! Probably better to go with a package that's being actively developed anyway!
