Organize translations #170

We need to build a structured architecture for translations. Part of it comes from a json file (src/assets/i18n/), graphs from Echarts and messaging from the database itself.

Build and document a clear structure to allow for easy translation access.

Soldé à l'exception de certains labels sur des graphes qui sont gérés directement dans le typescript.
