无法启用连接，config_route.bat执行错误 #298

使用操作系统类型以及版本

Windows 10 家庭中文版 20H2 19042.610

使用 Mellow 版本

v0.1.22

问题描述

配置简单的vmess后，正常使用了几天，之后突然无法连接。使用其他的v2ray客户端可以正常连接。尝试过建立新配置，也无法连接。关闭系统代理时，等待片刻会弹出报错；开启系统代理时，没有反应，也一直无法连接。

问题复现步骤

配置好网络后，打开Mellow，点击连接。
