Please check if you have .NET Framework 4.6.1 or higher installed. Also, what Titan version are you using? You may run into the bug that WPF is not available and you need to use the WinForms replacement, which is only available with the newest version of Titan, 1.6.0-rc3.

run using console to maybe get more info, also @Marc3842h maybe close as it's not really an issue
