Upgrade to boostrap 5 #438

This maybe be needed for better RTL support

This was started in branch bootstrap-5-438 but it's a pretty much unrewarding task and I'm not sure that going with a mammoth framework like bootstrap is the right thing to do, in the age of css grid.
