Relation between agent and tables subjects (publishers, libraries) with a specific user for email notification system (a.e. when you open a translation project, or propose a modify in metadata of author x's text conserved in library y and published by z, every linked user receive an email?) or special permits (publisher can see TXT or make merging of his book also if Is not an archive?)
