i have the same issue, which version did you roll back to?
Yes, me too. It would be great to know which Dicaffeine version doesn't have this behaviour.
Hi all - I installed the deprecated 32-bit version -- Raspberry Pi OS (32-bit !deprecated!) with desktop based on Debian Buster Raspbian -- and it's been working fine ever since.
Oddly, this hasn't fixed it for me. Any time the NDI feed from ProPresenter halts (eg one of the now-quite-frequent crashes), Dicaffeine keeps showing the last frame of the previous stream. Only stopping-and-starting Dicaffeine helps. Just checking - was there anything else you did other than remove Dicaffeine and install the Buster version?
In our case, Buster version paired with Pro 7.10 or the most recent Pro 7.11 is working fine. BTW, 7.10.4 was fairly stable and did not crash as often as the previous versions (on the Mac, I mean. We had the PC version but that's just a pain).

Sorry guys for waiting such a long time, should be fixed in the current release.
Recently, I have been experiencing an issue that everytime I close the application with the NDI source, I have to stop and restart DiCaffeine player in order to get it to work. It was not like that a few weeks ago... Any idea on how to fix it?
Background information: We run a software called ProPresenter which allows us to have NDI output. I use a Raspberry Pi running DiCaffeine to stream the NDI content. If I close ProPresenter and later restart it, I have to stop and restart DeCaffeine player as well. DiCaffeine used to get the stream automatically in the past, though.
EDIT: I just found out something that might be helpful for troubleshooting: Everything works fine on the deprecated version of DiCaffeine for Debian Buster...
