No video feed from USB camera when Streaming - Xubuntu 20.04 & 22.04 #55

I have been trying to get Dicaffeine streaming a USB Webcam into OBS. I can successfully select the Webcam device, choose the resolution, choose the audio capture and name the NDI stream - then start start streaming.

In OBS I see the sound being transmitted, however the USB Video feed is empty. I have tried with several models of USB Webcam and Xubuntu 20.04 along with Xubuntu 22.04 and I get the exact same results.

I have tested streaming my Desktop and Streaming a Image and that all works great.

User error: I was virtualization the OS in VirtualBox, This must be related to video drivers. Trying Xubuntu in bare metal it works very well.
