Some websites may prevent you from logging in as you have notifications disabled, this pull request adds a workaround informing the reader to remove that command line argument. https://github.com/dreammjow/ChromiumHardening/issues/16

I have updated my local repo already and 99 update comes in 5 days, so I'll just close it.
