Last year I made them sea-only despite Neopets stating that they can infact breathe air and walk on land. I reasoned this because they have no legs. Something is going to have to be done to let them function on land. Maybe they'll be fast crawlers? Although I'd think a dolphin on land would do really, really poorly.
