rainbow pool workshop to create paintbrushes. #44

the rainbow pool as a workshop, that allows for the creation of paintbrushes. won't allow transforming here sadly, that will have to be done either at the lab ray or with a potion.

there isn't actually any way to implement custom items like paintbrushes.
