DSi mode Compatibility list #1548

Tested melonDS 0.9.5 DSi mode

Broken: Crashes when booting (black or white screen)

Intro/Menu: Hangs/crashes somewhere between booting and starting

Boot only from DSi Menu (Direct boot not working)

do the games run better (or run at all) with builds from before DSP emulation was added?

With 0.9.4 stable, James Cameron's Avatar: The Game and WarioWare - Snapped! don't run at all. The other games crash when they enable the dsi camera.

  • Assassin's Creed II: Discovery - "Wanted" feature in the main menu, low fps and camera shows white image
  • Cars 2 - Main menu>C.H.R.O.M.E.>Spy camera - low fps and camera works but the upper half shows on the bottom and vice-versa

  • Face Training (DSi exclusive game card)

  • The Last Airbender - Low fps and camera works correctly

  • Pokemon BWB2W2 - Xtransceiver in-game app, launched from the C-Gear on the bottom screen. Press wireless and select Xtransceiver. Low fps and the 2 instances freeze when trying to connect Save files
  • Power Pro-kun Pocket 12, 13, and 14 Power Pro Pocket camera function black screen #1875
  • Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands - After completing the first level, press start and select camera. Low fps and camera works correctly Save file
  • Rayman (DSiWare) - Reaching a checkpoint opens up the camera and the game softlocks
  • Solatorobo: Red the Hunter - Starting a new game ask you if you want to turn on the camera, low fps and camera works correctly
  • SpongeBob's Boating Bash - "Photo Studio" feature in the main menu, low fps and camera works but the upper half shows on the bottom and vice-versa

Castle of Magic is impossible to progress in world 2 cause of the force use of camera

Solatorobo's camera works, but seems to freeze when taking a picture.

WarioWare Snapped just stays on a white screen when booting up. Doesn't go into the game

I can confirm Mario Clock (NA version) as fitting in the "Boot only from DSi Menu (Direct boot not working)" category. Its alarm functionality is also software-based and therefore works in v0.9.5 stable, removing the need for nightly builds to get the RTC alarm functionality in order to work.

Are there any guesses as to why DQIX and PL: Unwound Future don't work?

Also Guardian Signs also won't boot from menu either. Takes me to the error has occurred please hold the power button screen
