BizHawk Core | Any chance of multiplayer/ emulated WFC? #1925

This is for the BizHawk melonDS core. Is there any chance the emulated WFC connection can be ported over? I'm in a situation where I use BizHawk's melonDS core to run lua scripts, then switch back to normal melonDS when I want to trade pokemon.
