Korean DS Lite firmware not working properly #2032

In melonDS 0.9.5, PICTOCHAT, DS Download Play and Wi-Fi connection do not work properly on Korean DS Lite firmware.

This only seems to happen on melonDS. On other DS emulators, that firmware works fine.

Looking more, it seems to happen when I do a firmware initialization in melonDS. It seems to be the same for any firmware (World, Korea, iQue). After booting to a firmware with a history of usage, Wi-Fi functionality should work as normal.
