DS Download station disconnects #302

Tested on a real 3DS (client) and a DSi (server)

Real hardware: able to download demos, but special content won't unlock because absence of real game cartridge. melonDS: Download play works, but client disconnects when the downloaded software launches (see picture) 2018-12-14_12-29-58

I remember seeing that work, but wifi is pretty much hit and miss

I got this to work in 0.4 for a compatibility report video a while back but it was very prone to disconnecting, took a few tries.
