Dekisugi Tincle Pack - Press and hold the POWER Button #780

I tried running DSiWare game Dekisugi Tincle Pack on MelonDS 0.9 for Windows.

The bottom screen displays this text: "An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER Button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details." The top screen is solid black.

When booting to the firmware, the animated icon for the game appears, along with the name of the game.

The game I am trying is available here: Redacted

I have found three other copies of the game, but all are binary identical to the one at the link above.

I am able to load other NDS games, including Tetris and Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition. I have tried the U.S., EU, Chinese, and Japanese firmware, but none loads Dekisugi Tincle Pack. The game does not run on No$Gba, but that emulator has minimal support for DSiWare.

The game is also known as Too Much Tingle Pack or できすぎチンクルパック.

To run DSiWare in melonDS, they will need to have been installed onto the NAND on a real DSi. There is currently no way to install DSiWare in melonDS (except via the DSi Shop, which is no longer available, except for installing the 3DS Transfer Tool).

Please consider this a feature request, then.

Either

For either option, the Dekisugi Tincle Pack (Japan).nds file may good test material.

Is there any reason we can't emulate whatever application is used to install DSiWare to nand on a real DSi in melonDS?

In case it helps with importing into NAND, here is the same game in CIA format.

The containing Google Drive folder is here:

If the developers use this game for development testing purposes, here are results of my tests. I realize that melonDS is a DS/DSi emulator, but I have access to a 3DS only.
