Highlight Help Links

The "help?" links should be more obvious to confused users (bold, white, 
background highlight, or something).

Could you look at this and give me an ok for UI? I just made it the same as our 
other link/buttons (in options).  It can be changed if you want in main.css

I think it's okay. If you want something more interesting, put <span> tags 
around it and I could make it a circular button with a question mark inside of 
it.

I think adding something for distinctive as Gary suggested would be good. Right 
now, it blends in with other buttons on the right side, especially if there are 
several links.
