Lost Items Test Failure #139

I commented out the lost items create test because it doesn't seem to be 
working for a weird reason. The controller seems to require an identifier, but 
it doesn't get one when you create from the website.

Either the test should be modified or the controller should not require an 
identifier.

I fixed the update test, and i'm working on fixing the create test. Its doing 
something weird.
