Styling needs to be fixed when "Can't Delete" and "Mark as Lost" appear together.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to an item that cannot be deleted and has not been marked as lost.

The text is not lined up.

Can you point to me an item to me that cannot be deleted? I can't find one.

If you do rake db:fixtures:load, there should be some on the items page.
