Implement GPS data gathering

I added a function to send GPS data. We need to gather this and send it at 
random times. Whenever the courier gets a list of locations might be a good 
idea.

Getting GPS coordinates is a bit tricky and I'm afraid a bunch of things will 
break while I'm trying to implement it. I think its best if we skipped this for 
Release 1.0

It's mostly just eye candy. Gary thought it would be easy, and doing the Google 
maps part shouldn't be too hard. We'd need 1 android and 1 website dev to sign 
on if we want to implement this.

This works on the backend, but too much work for the front end
