Pickup on Android App does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run the app
2. tap "Pickup Location"
3. tap one of locations
4. tap "Scan Items"
5. scan a least one item
6. tap "review"
7. tap "Pickup"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the item was marked as "Picked up" and "In transit", but the app 
quit unexpectedly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
beta version on Droid.

Please provide any additional information below.
I guess this happened since we got the app from your member directly using 
Eclipse build.
