Updating items on webpage doesn't affect Android App appropriately

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a item on webpage
 - The start point of the item should be anywhere other than "UW Medical Center" and "Harborview Medical Center".
2. run the app
3. tap "Pickup Location"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that the start point of the new item shows on the pickup list, but I 
didn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta Version on Droid.

Yeah, right now we just get a static route instance
