Make a one-step launch file command on Linux #93

We need to be able to launch from Linux with one file (like we do for Windows).

look into gnome-terminal, etc.

Also, take out tail command on Windows instructions (put it farther down when 
read more).

We want code that they can copy and paste into a new file that will run on the 
first try with minimal edits (paths can be edited since that's different per 
user)

If you come up with a solution, would you please document it in the new 
DevEnvironmentSetup?

I don't have enough room on my department account to install Bitnami and don't 
have a working Bitnami install on my laptop, so I'm going to have to fix my 
laptop install before I can get this working... will try to get to it this 
weekend.
