Many learnings.

Users must be encouraged to skip the CELLID column in the lowerbound marker at least create a warning that cellid is being used if so, because it will mess up the channel index order..

I think I could finish the pull request tomorrow friday with the plot points button working.

I like the vertical setup better because people in small screens will suffer from the width of the widget, any ideas here are very welcome
