User suggested that we use the csv files as basenames for the images and masks. For example: When 1.csv is found, assume that there is a 1.ome.tif in the image path, and a 1.tif in the mask path. perhaps also recursively look for these in folders. Some mcmicro outputs have nested folders for segmentation, and This allows users to skip silly file wrangling.

Concerns?

@kbestak you can add issue here about file pathing and finding the right images
