I've been trying to run this for the last hour but still facing this problem. I also have Win 10 VM, when I run exe there, it runs successfully but does not bypass VM. image

LDB 2.0.6.03

ps2chiper commented 4 years ago

I also have the same problem. I will try it on a VM next.

ps2chiper commented 4 years ago

It failed to bypass VM detection on virtualbox. What Virtual Machine are you using?

ps2chiper commented 4 years ago

The previous version did work with Virtualbox. Thanks You.

puhachov commented 4 years ago

I also use Oracle Virtualbox, I will check the version back when I’m at my laptop

Did you try it with the latest update of LDB? I just ran the previous release and it does not work

ps2chiper commented 4 years ago

Yes, I was using the latest version of Lockdown Browser. Did you have any luck loading a test using threatening yeti or enabling navigation in LDB?

puhachov commented 4 years ago

No. LDB pops up a window saying using of virtual machines is not allowed and just throws out of browser

puhachov commented 4 years ago

UPDATE: VM bypass successfully worked... turns out Window Defender detected dll or exe as threats... so disabled it worked well.

ps2chiper commented 4 years ago

Same for me, All we need now is to be able to launch it from a separate browser or some kind of navigation.
