Package is broken under Ubuntu 20.04 #23

As the title says, can't install because of old dependencies.

There's no package for Ubuntu 20.04 (focal).

I found a workaround by creating a bionic docker container with -p 8070:8070, and installing vts-backend in the container. Seems to be working flawlessly.

Hi, focal repository with VTS SW is available, please follow https://cdn.melown.com/packages/ and replace REPO with focal. The APT source list file is at http://cdn.melown.com/packages/conf/melown-focal.list .

I did the install successfully on focal but when I try to connect to http://localhost:8070/mapproxy/melown2015/surface/.system/surface-spheroid/ I get "404 not found".
