most servers have localhost disabled #7

no loopback by default, use 127.0.0.1

it seems like this value is actually used later in the config file sent to the client, so the documentation should state that "localhost" should be replaced with whatever the public IP of the machine is

Yes, the tutorial is now meant to be run on localhost. I'll add notes how to run the server part on arbitrary server.
