I made a skeleton for the readme; @melsod can you annotate the various raw datasheets when you get a chance?

Sure. There's also some text about some of these files over on Drive - but we should probably make these ones the "authoritative" versions from now on. And probably delete the ones currently on Drive at some point to avoid confusion.

Great! Yes, if you migrate them over to the repo for now I can reference them as I go along...

OK, I've annotated the files that are currently there. There are still some that need to be migrated over or pulled anew from Qualtrics (protocol change form data, etc.).
